• Order Placement:

  • Monday to Thursday: Orders placed by 10 AM will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

  • Friday to Monday: Orders will be shipped on Tuesday

• Standard Delivery Fees:

  • £7.99 for orders under £55.

  • Free delivery for orders over £55.

Delivery Terms:

• Delivery timelines are approximate and cannot be guaranteed once dispatched, as they depend on third-party delivery services.

• The company shall not be liable for any delays caused by the delivery provider.

• In the event of goods being returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee or to refund the order minus the original delivery fee.

• Customers must promptly report any loss or damage of goods during transit.

Additional Considerations:

• Delivery may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to accidents, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, etc., for which the company does not accept liability.

• Goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order.

• Any product quality issues should be reported to Meiruyue via the Contact Form.

• Cakes must be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 48 hours for optimal freshness.

• In cases of delivery failure, deliveries will be automatically rescheduled for the next working day.
